What is an Escape Room?


An Escape Room is a game where players come together to solve puzzles, riddles and clues to solve the mystery to a themed room.




How many people can play the game?


Every game will have number of players listed in the game description. You can book up to that number of slots. However, other players may have signed up for the game as well. So you must look in the number of remaining slots in the game that you would like to try. It is a wonderful experience to play with complete strangers! So do not worry if you book with other parties. It is very interesting when your brain power collide and solve the puzzles together. It is the ultimate team builder.




How do I book?


It is recommended that you book online. We do allow walk ins, however, to guarantee your slot on the game, online booking or advanced booking by phone or stopping into the location is recommended.




What if I book and I cannot make it?


If you book and cannot make it, unfortunately, you lose your slot. There are NO REFUNDS. However, your slot may be transferrred to another party.




What time should I arrive?


Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your game time. NO LATE ARRIVALS will be permitted once the game starts. If you arrive late, you will not be admitted into the game. Prior to entering the game, you will need to sign waivers and put up your personal belongings. We do have lockers available. Cell phones are not allowed in the game area.




Are there any snacks available at this location?


Yes! We have gourmet popcorn and lemonade by Iconic Gourmet Popcorn available. After your game, feel free to purchase snacks and souveniers.
